Thank you for your interest in Sister Soap Company products! Order information is for U.S orders only. Please e-mail us for information regarding international orders. In addition to ordering on line, we offer the following options as well:
Orders by Phone:
Call us at (805)441-9817(San Luis Obispo, CA) or (925)548-0949(Danville, CA) to place your order. Business hours are Monday through Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time. Please note that we may be busy making soap and miss your call. If so, please leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back.
Orders by e-mail:
E-mail us your order. Please include your mailing address and phone number in case we have any questions concerning your order. We will e-mail back a confirmation of your order and total cost, including tax and shipping/handling. Payment can be made by cashier's check, money order, or personal check. If paying with Mastercard or Visa, we will need to take your credit card information over the phone. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Please note: personal checks will be held 10 days (to clear) before order is sent.
Processing Time:
Your order will usually ship within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment. We try to keep plenty of soap in stock, but please keep in mind that we make soap in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Occasionally, new batches may have to be made to fill your order and can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete.
Refunds on Product Returns:
We will be happy to refund you for your order if you choose to return your order within 15 days of receipt. The items MUST be unused and in good resellable condition. You will be refunded for the cost of the items less the cost of shipping. Be sure to e-mail us with return instructions.
Shipping
Our shipments are sent via usps using flat rate boxes. If you prefer to pick up your order, in the San Luis Obispo or Danville areas, you may choose this option in the final check-out process
